Our online global community, THE LEAPERSLINK VILLAGE, brings together black women who work remotely or feel isolated in their industry by building a safe space to provide support in ways you don't experience on the job where you can express your vulnerabilities, celebrate your wins and overcome challenges unique to black women in the workplace and entrepreneurial spaces.
We've created our village off of social media to discuss our shared experiences, strengthen our knowledge and hone our skillsets to confidently progress in our lives and careers.
