Murraya...

Murraya was the word that crowned Zaila Avant-garde from Harvey, Louisiana the 2021 Scripps National Spelling Bee champion. She became the first African American to the win the competition since it began nearly 100 years ago.

As if breaking barriers in spelling wasn't enough, Zaila currently holds three Guinness world records for simultaneously dribbling multiple basketballs. It's clear that Zaila has a bright future ahead of her and we look forward to watching her continued success. We're proud of you, Zaila!!!!

14-year old Zaila showed us what can happen when we follow our passions. Who says you have to stick to just one?

Make time for your gifts. What are YOUR hobbies, passions, and/or gifts? We'd love to hear them...
